I'm a fan of working smarter, not harder.  You will be amazed at the tools available to help you build your brand for little or no cost (Yep, most are FREE!).  Take a look at some tools I use in my business and to help clients improve their brands.

17 Hats

17 Hats is the CRM system I use to manage client data and information. It allows me to send professional invoices, quotes, questionnaires, contracts, emails, and more. I can also keep up with bookkeeping, payments, time logs, phone calls, notes, and workflows. It costs $37 per month or $199 per year ($17 per month) and is worth every single penny. Try the free trial first then use this link and PROMO CODE htskdvgxvv to receive a discount... because I know you're going to get it!

Asana is a lifesaver for automating my tasks and keeping up with project tasks. All of my product launches, courses, and events are planned inside of Asana. My team can log in on the desktop or mobile app using their own accounts to see tasks, deadlines, files, and notes so everybody knows what's going on. The free version is good by itself, but for $9.99 per user per month you can get even more tools.

Buffer is the best tool for small businesses to automate social media. The interface is easy to use, the analytics are straightforward, and the plugin and app make it accessible no matter where you are or what you are doing. Even better than the tool itself is the Buffer Social blog and The Science of Social Media podcast. This comes in a free version and paid version starting at $10 per month. Either way, it's a win for you!

Quickbooks Self Employed is a lifesaver when it comes to taxes. I use the desktop version or mobile app to track my mileage, categorize my expenses, prepare financial statements, and pay quarterly taxes. It even comes with invoicing options. If you don't have the money to hire a bookkeeper and accountant or you want to make your bookkeeper and accountant happy, then sign up for Quickbooks Self-Employed. When you use my special link, you get a discount too!

The Small Business Development Center is a great resource when learning how to start and grow a business the right way. I spent a full year completing modules and using the features to build my business. The website has many free tools and information on paid programs to teach you everything from business plans to management and beyond.
