We improve communication processes, procedures, & programs

Our clients typically come to us with one of five problems

a sad icon

Problem #1

They don’t know how to connect with stakeholders in a mutually beneficial way. Traditionally, they have been one-sided, by putting out information with no intentional system for audiences to provide feedback and build trust with the organization.

Problem #2

They don’t know to use communication tools to connect with their audience. Even though they have access to various media to communicate directly with their stakeholders, they are slow to adopt new tools and tactics.

Problem #3

They don’t know how to use their stories to inform and inspire staff, clients, or the media.

Problem #4

They started communications tasks, and the responsibility is overwhelming, so they need help managing public relations.

Problem #5

They have a business idea or program concept, but don’t know how to make it a reality.

Public Relations

We provide a roadmap for organizations to develop communication systems for a specific campaign or the overall organization.

  • Our process begins with research on the organization’s current communication practices, target audiences, and industry trends. The next step is developing a plan considering the organization’s goals, budget, and resources. The final phase includes an evaluation of the strategy's effectiveness once the company has implemented the plan.

  • Your staff will no longer have to guess or piecemeal tactics for ongoing problems or new programs. Your organization will also be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Krystal took an adequate amount of time of listening to my visions and my wants. It felt sincere and she was engaged as if it was her own personal project. Not once did I feel embarrassed as if I lacked knowledge in an area or a question I had wasn’t worthy of a response... instead she informed me and has answered every single question.

Corporate Branding

We develop an authentic brand design and messaging for your organization.

  • The process begins with an audit of your current brand and/or research into your organization's history, goals, culture, and audiences. Next, we will create verbal messaging that defines who you are, what you do, who you serve, and why you exist. Once your messaging is finalized, we will explore visual options to align with your brand. The final stage is a strategy for presenting the new brand.

  • By the end of this process, you will have branding tools that will help people know exactly who you are and what you represent. (Note: Clients reserve intellectual rights to content created during planning, writing, editing, or consulting).

“If you are looking for a professional who is committed to providing you with quality business communication/writing/branding services, look no further than Krystal Hart of Sparrow Communications. She’s very time efficient and detailed oriented. She takes your vision and creates masterpieces. Thank you Krystal for everything.”

We produce public relations items such as press releases, annual reports, website content, emails, social media captions, and speeches.

  • The process begins with a meeting to understand your writing style and the project's goal(s). Next, we will prepare a draft of the writing with two rounds of edits before finalizing it.

  • While we work on increasing awareness of your organization’s programs, projects, and positive news, you can focus on tasks from your to-do list. (Note: Clients reserve intellectual rights to content created during planning, writing, editing, or consulting).

“Ms. Krystal - a professional at all times. Your forward-thinking and good ideas make me realize you have a stake in our organization and its success. It has been a pleasure to work with you the last couple of years.”
